Where is my order?
If you have received a tracking email:
Once you've got your tracking email, you can follow you packages tracking via the link in the email. If something is wrong (your package can't be delivered/you package is taking longer than expected), the best and fastest way for you to get information is to reach out directly to the shipping company/courier associated with your order. This link should be available in your email with the tracking number.
We use a third party shipping company, (ie: Australia Post, FedEx, Startrack, etc). Once we hand over your order to be shipped, they will have the most accurate, up to date information and due to our very limited admin hours, it will save you time to reach out to them directly. Of course if you have any issues, we can also reach out to them on your behalf as well!
If you have not received a tracking email:
Please take into account the expected processing times on the product pages. This refers to the time it takes to make your order, package and process. Made to order products can have a processing time of 4-8 weeks.
If it has been longer than expected and your order has not yet been shipped, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and will can give you an update on your order!
What is Moss Wall Art made from?
It is made of preserved natural materials; several different types, colours and textures of moss, drift wood, dried pods and mushrooms, bark, faux stone and preserved plants.
The moss we use is preserved, so needs NO maintenance, watering, trimming or sunlight! Simply hang and watch it transform your space!
